in which we clearly see Janette colluding with the impostor, making Claude slip into insanity for the sake of giving her 'creator' the win..... which means, at some point, in the original, Janette willingly worked AGAINST Claude and Athy, and was actually ALL for Athy execution.... and yall want me to pity that child? Obviously, after the book ends, she is not seeking happiness with her father, she is only selfishly seeking her own validation and win...
im sorry, really I am, but such underhanded and hypocritical person really has no value in my eyes and no matter what sob story author gives her, if she is accepted as a part of the family and has a joint happy ending alongside Athy and Claude i will SEROUSLY FLIP.SOME.TABLES.ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ╧╧

I have nothing against her naivety and sheltered view of the world, what I really dislike about her character was that, in the original novel, she did absolutely nothing for Athy. "She felt a bit pity towards her sister, but there was nothing she could do". You sure about that, golden child? #-.-)Like, dunno, you could've stopped the 'father' that dotted on you from killing the sister you supposedly wanted and treasured? I mean, just a suggestion, but like if you supposedly 'healed' his traumas and stuff, couldn't you like, dig around THAT subject? (● ̄(エ) ̄●)
And this is the reason I call a wholeass phake and a doll, sorry, you cute and all, but you spin faster than marionette on crack
