He never, not once, tried to understand how she truly felt. He let her live a miserable life until the very end. If he had ever truly cared about her, she wouldn’t have tried to kill herself TWICE. Plus, I was a bit looking forward to how he’d react when switching bodies with his wife (when he was at the banquet and she was at the beach). What the fuck man ? Are you really that dumb? Your wife, alone, with bloody hands, someone comes running to you saying that they heard a GUNSHOT, with a gun right in front of you, and you can’t understand that she tried to KILL HERSELF??? That would’ve been the 1st I’d have thought! But this fucker only thought of his ass and started badmouthing her. Go fuck yourself.

To be fair I hate that too but in this manhwa the MC is a totally different person from the persons body she's in right now, even if she wasn't in that body I think he'd still like the MC from her personality. Like the last chap said he didn't like her stares (not MC) since it wasn't her but now since it is he feels differently
Then what are they supposed to do? And obviously, Raphael didn’t hate her before or now, he was just annoyed that she would always cling and obsess over him, overstepping boundaries. And he’s not in love with her. The manwha is poorly portraying it, but the build of feelings is actually slow. And also, maybe you don’t get his character that well, but Raphael is not like the scenario you’re describing at all. He doesn’t think it’s suspicious. And he also never hated her like you’re describing.
This isn’t going from sudden hate to love. Because he fucking hated her in the first place. And obviously, he’d be interested her since her personality did a complete 360. She’s not an evil bitch like she was before. Literally everyone around her is interested her now and admires because of her personality change, it’s not just the ML. It’s a “no shit Sherlock” situation.

She used to make him very uncomfortable and he wanted her away from him at all times, which is obviously valid, but that doesn’t mean he cared or liked her one bit. He, at the VERY LEAST, disliked her quite a lot. And when you dislike someone, you don’t get interested about their behavior and what they do

As I’ve explained to the other person, if he didn’t hate her, he, at the very least, dislike her A LOT. I mean, if you just dislike someone like we all dislike some people, you wouldn’t want to be away from them as much as possible, and feel uncomfortable as hell when near them. He had every right to dislike/hate her ┑(￣Д ￣)┍, he’s valid. The thing is that it has only been a couple of chapters since he noticed that she has changed and BOOM! Look at him being all sweet and lovey dovey, hoping she still loves him like she used to.
Well its not a suprised he didn't like her, if i was in his shoes and had to deal with someone obsessive as her i wouldnt like her either. Yes expecting her to suddenly love him is pretty annoying but if we look in his shoes, she suddenly changes to someone whos his type (i'm assuming) and shes someone who he didnt hate the thought of touch. if i was him id fall in love with her too, to be fair hes had that phobia all his life.
plus that trope usually only applies when the male lead disliked the MC and like you said the MC told the male lead to fuck off or whatever, then he suddenly likes her. He disliked the person in the OG body, not the MC he started to like her when the MC was in the body if that makes any sense.

That was clarified. It was actually a TL error. People have been explaining that when he said that he used to like her, the TL group got things mixed up. Which is pretty logic cuz all the chapter was about how she was in love with him and then BAM! He used to live her as well?

The story was really bland. Almost no drama, when there were some issues they got resolved within one, single chapter, just because the emperor freed the spinels? Man...
I was excepting so much more from this. That white haired dude had potential to become a real villain, but he almost added nothing to the story. What? He was such a bastard, but now we learn that in reality he’s a kind and gentle man?? Just because he hid it??
So what if he felt bad for his wife! He mistreated her for YEARS, over and over again, letting her go crazy slowly. He strangled the spinel??? Tried to convince himself he didn’t have feelings for him? What the fuck, go see a therapist man! No sane person in this world would strangle an innocent person just because they’re trying to convince themselves they’re not in love! And the spinel forgave him just because he came apply ointment that night?? Just what kind of logic is that... that’s utmost hypocrisy. It just sucks
The third story? Came out of nowhere. I’m pretty sure the emperor was in love with the blonde MC, and then PAAF! Falls in love with a spinel he met 1 single time. Then pursues him. It’s so cliché..
