Saeko thinking she is pitiful rubs me the wrong way. It runs parallel to her proclivity for needing control, wanting to dominate and possess so that there is constant reassurance. Saeko continuously pities her ability to be vulnerable and to be transparent of her feelings because it’s hard for herself to do, to be in a position where she can get hurt and simultaneously she thinks it is weak. An oxymoron because showing vulnerability like being transparent of how you feel and what you want and need despite the possibility of being hurt is harder for Saeko to do. It isn’t pitiful that someone can’t adequately hide that they like just being near you and that they like to be in your presence. Almost as if Saeko thinks she can see the entire situation and that she is in somewhat control of how their relationship can change. Like it’s up to her.

It isn’t complicated or complex guys, she’s literally selfish, she wants to have her cake and eat it too. There is nothing complex about it, but there is relatability in profound selfishness that ppl sometimes indulge in even though they know it’s wrong and that it hurts others and has consequences. Leaving your dirty dishes in the sink and not cleaning them knowing your partner will clean them eventually is similar. You choose to do this because it’s easier this way and less work for you even though you know it’s a burden for your partner and they get tired too. It is such a small manifestation of such selfishness and cheating is similar. The cheater soaks up all the love, attention, and affection they can get while being a poor partner in return. They use ppl’s affection and feelings to fill themselves up. They just want and the cost is you. They will use you, they will use your body, your stability and your emotional investment and your time, time you could have used on someone who you could love as they would love you, to make themselves feel full and satisfied. The guilt and dread is worth getting that from you while also getting that from someone else. Because they want both even if you don’t want it or consent to being in a relationship with someone who is in a relationship with someone else.

IT HAS AN EXCELLENT STORY AND IT HAS BOTH WELL DONE HORROR AND COMEDY. LIKE IT ACTUALLY IS REALLY SCARY AT TIMES AND THEN IS SO FUNNY AT TIMES, ONE DOESN’T OVERSHADOW THE OTHER, IT IS SO GOOD!!!!

Are we all forgetting the reason Cirrus could literally blackmail Skylar is because Skylar was being a creep? Just imagine you and your friend hanging out and then you find folders of pictures of yourself self collected and kept on their devices? I would vomit, I would feel disgusted, betrayed, and so scared. Because you wouldn’t think they only took those pictures innocently, you’d also think they did things with them and once you know it is like unconsensually being the subject of someone’s fantasies, which is disturbing. No, this is not the same as collecting pics of your idol, this is a person you have a close relationship with and you know personally. This is so creepy and weird. It cuts to twenty years in the future from now and this shit is a distant memory, both of them have moved on with someone else and they’re happy, they don’t even really remember much of this time or each other, just snippets here and there of a few concrete memories, some of the emotions, because so much more life and people have been experienced after that that this is just another part. They just don’t really think about it at all because they are different people and they’ve grown, those shoes, clothes, bodies, and emotions don’t fit them anymore but like a well worn sweater their sentiments and nostalgia are somewhere to be found when they are looked for, fondly thought of, the pain no longer there, the regret already reconciled with, all that’s left is the relief and pride of having been able to get through that tough time. And now they’ve so much life yet to live with someone they each love and cherish.
