Josephine powers are already weak to begin with and as time goes pass she doesn't get stronger as she is only a fake saintess. noel is new so she isn't affected by the brainwashing and such that is happening to the other wings. only 4 are real which includes ahuin and noel. ahuin is under a spell so he can't tell same with kylas BUT Callisto on the hand which is Josephine 1st wing, he knew she is fake from the very beginning but he was abused by his father to serve Josephine to make connection with the church? as callisto is the 2nd prince of the empire
