If you mean realistic in the sense I interpret it, be ready with a box of tissues! Here are some mangas that I think fit the description: Life Senjou no Bokura, Colorful Line, Gunjou no Subete, Karini mo Renai. You can also try searching for 'Slice of Life' in genre. Hope this helps!

I just remember its about coworker, there is a homophobic guy who dislike his superior i though he called him demon or something,
This guy really hate homo cuz them always chasing after him, and got trauma or something like that..
Someday when he run from something, he arrived in gay distric.. and he found his superior there, and then after following him he know that he work in bar and dress as a girl, and called the butterfly night , number 1 host there,
And he repeatly comes to that bar and harrasing his bos, and oneday cuz onething this boss attack him and service said this is what i do in work here or like that...
