Hey! It sounds to me like you already have your answer. I think it's great that you don't have any real regrets and I love the whole idea of "quality over quantity" when it comes to friendships and it's something I also follow with my friendships. Literally anything to do with weight. Whether it's mine or someone else's (because then I'll end up comparing myself to them). My mom has and continues to point out my weight and it's really killed my self-esteem lol.
