genuinely thought i was going insane reading the latest chapters but no, the tl is actually like that…. it throws me off so hard bc the grammar and structure of the sentences are fine but what the hell are these random slang words thrown in?? it felt like i was reading the dialogue for a completely different story. so odd.
im so happy ryeojoon didn’t give in to any of the bullshit. i honestly feel for him because even HE was like “wtf i’ve treated siwoo so well before” and he comes back into his life with THIS nonsense?? i’m really glad that ryeojoon was able to handle this whole mess properly but i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again now, what the FUCK did siwoo think he’d get out of this? like there was no way any of this would end well for anyone and it’d just cause more trouble than necessary so why bother? at least we got to see ryeojoon get mad for hamin but dang..
honestly after a good reread of the webtoon from the beginning, this kind of turn shouldn’t have shocked me as much as it did the first time around. there were actually a few moments where jiwoon already seems a bit off looking back at it now. also i think the fact that ms choi literally said that she “sensed he wasn’t a good guy” should’ve really made me think more about jiwoon’s character but i was way too focused on how nice his and suha’s relationship seemed at the time. this kind of development is interesting to see so i’m definitely gonna keep reading even if im a bit scared of how dark this could go.
this is so good!!! this is the first shoujo protagonist i’ve enjoyed in a while! she’s so cute but also a powerful vampire? so awesome!!!!
