So the setting of this manga is in high school. The uke has a crush on the seme, ofc. The seme is a womenizer I think and there was this one specific scene where the uke sees the seme with a girl, and I think the girl was about to kiss him but before the uke saw anything else he left to the infirmary saying that he was sick to a friend who also saw what was happening. Also the friend said something along the lines “he got good grades now but this side of him will never change.” It was something like this but not exactly. The seme found out that the uke was going to the infirmary, so he got worried and went after the uke. The uke then tells the seme that they should stop seeing each other after shcool to study because the seme got good grades now, but the seme is confused and doesn’t want to believe it. The nurse came in and the uke left into the infirmary, showing a scene where the uke and seme are separated by a door. People who’ve read it have said that the seme never kissed the girl, it was just that the uke left before seeing what actually happened.
