Are there any manga’s or webtoons where the main character turns into some sort of monster? Like, sort of like an actual monster.

So, there's this manga about 2 high school boys. The Uke and his friends believe that the seme is gay because he always ignores the girls that talk to him. So the friends make the uke confess to the seme to see if the seme is actually gay. The seme tells the Uke he's not gay, but later in the story, he is actually gay but doesn't want anyone to know.
The Uke feels bad for the Seme for not having a love life or something, so invites the seme over at his house to watch porn so they can see the Sene's preference towards women, even the the seme is by. Eventually the Uke finds something about Squirting for men, and makes the Seme watch it, which turns the seme on. Anyways, that's all I'm gonna give. Main Character has cute childhood friend that is a Yandere, and the cute childhood friend is the seme. Japanese, and the Main Character should have a whiteish blueish hair, and the Childhood friend should look like an uke with black/brown hair??
