Hi, I have been searching for this manga for years now after reading its first chapter on mangahere. I've exhausted all death-in-a-game type manga searches but maybe I've been searching wrong? Anyways, here's what I remember: Seems to be a fantasy game, old-style art (I think) with long faces Main character partners with a female, who later gets killed by a monster As they run to their mission area through a portal, they pass by a tall long-haired man who says something cryptically to the mc When mc goes to the subway the next day he finds news of his partner's death That's all I remember. I don't know if it was a one-shot or if it never updated but if anyone can help end this five-year-long search I will really appreciate it!
