I honestly can go on, how a work not being/dropped the tag of Shouen Ai/Yaoi. Doesn't mean it's not queer.
Cause come on, we all know whatever the author cooks up. The MC & Yamada are too intertwined & entangled with each other that one of them dying would ruin the other. It's the unhealthy attachment that's gonna make them be together in live or death.

Either hope to see an update soon!
I mean, I kinda get it. Kei was probably hurt by an actor BUT DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN HURT TAIGA THR SAME OR WORSE
I personally would have preferred the conflict to be something else, idk maybe Kei hesitating to accept him. And next chapter be Kei paranoid of his own issues, but trying and kinda failing since Tagia genuinely loving him overwhelms him. He wants it to be a lie so then he can "leave" so he doesn't get badly hurt again. But the allure of being loved stops him and knowing deep down how different Tagia is with him. Basically Kei being super awkward with the affection but trying
Climax being idk Tagia pushing himself and maybe it's a romantic death scene. Tagia is sick but ignores it and goes forward to do the scene. But being sick and also worrying on how he can make Kei fully trust him. It too much for Tagia and he unintentionally fucks up his lines and instead of confessing his love to the Female Lead he confesses to Kei instead. Then promptly passes put.
Then you know, Kai feels bad and gets out of his biases and apologizes/makes up with Taiga. Probably more, but I've rambled enough, then they live happily ever after.

But oof if only the Duke & King could hook up. Then it's one big happy family!
(Well after they get rid of the Empress & her daughter)
Which is really a shame because it's clear that she's being manipulated by her mother. Not only does she believe that she really does have spirit energy, and is convinced the MC stole it from her(she's too young to understand that it's not only impossible, but a newborn infant, that even the father and brother weren't able to get near, would somehow steal ALL of "her" spirit energy), but her mother is clearly emotionally abusing her into believing that nobody could love her even with that spirit energy. So she needs to be as ruthless and manipulative as her.
Both needed more time, especially Uke. Kinda wished Uke & Seme had a recounter years later.
Either Uke is older and had actually fell in love with someone else and was loved back. And idk, Seme & Uke just talking about how they love each other but Uke knew Seme's real love will always be reserved for his "heart"
That Seme will always be Uke's "heart" but the man Uke is with now. Crying, Uke says how happy said man makes him. That that's the man he wants to wake up with everyday.
Seme wishes him happiness and there we see Seme slowly seeing how important Uke was, just constantly missing him but denying it saying it's because they were together for so long. It's different having Uke not here.
Then IDK
maybe it ends with Uke on his death bed, last days and the Seme being there to see him. Uke making jokes on how he's the old man, now. Uke thanking Seme for taking him in and everything he did for him, the bad & good. That by letting him go, he found love & happiness with someone else. Uke is ready to see his lover again after he dies. But he's happy it's Seme he gets to spend his last days with.
Maybe Seme breaks down and asks Uke to be his "heart", that not to leave him. But Uke calms him down, telling Seme not to give up on his "heart". That Seme's dream is one of the reasons the Uke loves him.
Uke pointing at Seme's chest, "I'll be gone, but here. My love will always be here. And even after you find your "heart". It will still be here. You'll always be my heart, Seme."
Then before Uke dies he wishes Seme to find his "heart" soon. That he wishes Seme & "Heart" are able to experience the same happiness Uke felt with his lover.
I just need Seme to be slapped with angst hard after Uke dies.
That Uke being his "heart" doesn't matter anymore. That Seme even starts hating himself for being so obsessed with finding his "heart" he lost Uke. That if he hadn't, him & Uke could have been happy & in love. That they would have had so many happy years together. It's knowing it's far too late for any of that to happen. That has Seme sobbing.
Extra could be Seme meeting a reincarnation of Uke and saying idk, "I've found you, my heart."
(Do these vampires live that long? I honestly forgot. Either way here's my sad version ( ̄∇ ̄")
I'm fine with the not siblings being together, they seem cute together. Also idk maybe Juliette is more like her father than we thought.
I secretly hope Juliette inherented her father's talent for wicked schemes. Making her brother utterly devoted to her but after finding out they weren't related. Subtly seduce him to be head over heels for her for him.to abandon his lover and the woman he claimed to love.
Which worked but Juliette unintentional developed feelings and decided to just make her Not Brother hers. She already has him wrapped around her finger so why not?
