They changed the biggest thing happening in the novel compared to the manga, they skipped out how Ruri being human was made known to everyone and curious Jade wanted to know her human form so bad he waited when she was asleep.
I also think this was a bit of a dick move on jade lol but yeah it got glossed over so easily. Maybe they skipped it out because that kind of thing is really low of the ML lmao. But also this manga might be based off of the light novel instead of the web novel, I’ve only read the web novel.

I’ve come to realize how a lot of korean novels & webtoon with the same reincarnated/time travel/villainess trope that has a medieval setting have a high percentage of making the brother figure a romantic interest (non blood related). I’ve been really sick of that kind of thing happening cus I really want wholesome sibling interaction but then I find out the brother(s) are ML and immediately run away lol.
So this webtoon is a really big breath of fresh air. Since what I’m seeing so far, is that it focuses on the sibling relationship more than the ml. That’s why I have no comment on ml for now, i still don’t like the brother yet but seeing their interaction is quite wholesome.
