As much as Chang is hated from the comments, I honestly enjoyed him as a character. It doesn’t erase the fact that her raped Ed, but the way it was the climax for Chang’s character and how his whole development just fucking crumbles at that point was so good. He was seriously clowning himself, and I just found that very entertaining.
He even gets funnier, I loved the scene where Ed is like “hey that’s a new cardigan” and Chang is all like “you like it? *takes of cardigan* here just take it, it’s yours now. Pls take it”
Lmao I legit lost it. He is so emotionally constipated and that does kind of make me feel bad but rape is bad either way.
I really enjoyed how Chang got portrayed. Tbh I couldn’t really care much about the main couple.

It’s really good guys, everyone says it’s slow paced but I honestly feel like the pacing is a bit fast. It easily jumps from one event to another. I guess that’s because the novel only really focuses on Cale, and doesn’t change POVs much either unlike other novels.
Maybe that’s why I feel like the characters don’t have much personality in them ? Like yeah we get some quick povs sometimes but it never goes out to a full arc with them. But I guess that’s the charm of this series.
I’m still at chapter 70+ and I feel like more than 5 arcs have passed, I honestly lost count on how many characters have been introduced. And then I have to remember that this series has 500 chapters in total and still on going.
The only other character where we constantly hear from is the dragon, and honestly he’s my favorite character so far.
Really can’t wait for the other characters to show up in the webtoon, I wanna see how AMAZINGLY hot the others are ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

It's steady and consisten. The author really pay attention to give even for little detail and information every chapter. So theres nothing like constanly jump to another arch, u cant forget a little thing, cuz there could be some connection to another chapter maybe in chap 100 or 300, like arch or new info, u really need to pay attention. I hope the manhwa just add more page and detail like the novel, its too short and kind lacking.

im at ch 245 and honestly the pov changes. although it isnt a full blown pov changing but it does change. the author did a good job bc as far as i know clues and plot points are used very well plus the humor is amazing as well. some say its slow paced but i love that. The author is honestly worldbuilding beautifully.

The novel really never gives any filler chapters, maybe that’s why it’s really fast paced. I don’t mean this in a bad way tho but the novel is definitely plot-driven and a lot of events gets executed in a straight forward style.
It’s interesting nonetheless when things get connected from different arcs.
Anyways still really love this series! I’m still at 172 right now lol
