I am re-reading this from the start and there was also some chapters where brother Hal was brother Hose/Jose.... Then on the later chapters his full name was mentioned as Harrison (I totally forgot his full name teehee)... Hal is a closer nickname to that... I wonder how is his name going to be translated if they followed "Jose". (〜￣△￣)〜
