When there were only a few chapter up here, I already loved the MC and went to look at the raws... but ended up confused af cuz Kyubin and short black hair dude story was dragging on for hella long and the main character appeared pretty rarely. I even skipped their parts here. I’m really happy we’re seeing more of Seunghee.

The main character has had relationships with people in the mean time, that's what it means. Obviously because the person he loved was straight and casually married to a woman. So it's normal that he moved on, got into relationships (more like fuck buddies), and most probably that dude who kissed him was his ex-boyfriend.
