I can’t remember the names of the characters but the FL was isekai’d (I think) into a game or story. The FL was trying to gain the favor of the potential MLs at first but she ended up turning them off/making them dislike her.
The FL ended up giving up on wooing/becoming friends with the MLs and stopped paying attention to them until she remembered that one of the ML candidates loses an arm.
She finds out that the ML candidate has a younger sister but the younger sister wasn’t mentioned in the original story/game. This is because the younger sister was supposed to die but the FL + FL brother ends up saving the potential ML and his sister.
The FL brother is pretty strong and is mentioned a lot in the story. FL was able to cast a spell or use magic without a chant(or something like that) which stood out to the ML and FL brother - not sure if this detail helps.

That’s what she’s literally talking about lol. She KNOWS that she should ask him and she also knows that she has problems communicating and being upfront about her feelings or thoughts which is why she gets “dragged around” like what chanwoo said. But it isn’t that easy to just suddenly change overnight when you’re so used to suppressing herself
