Everyone acting like bum isn’t an obsessive stalker who killed someone for the person he loves! (They are equally crazy in my opinion)! Also it’s not Stockholm Syndrom bc he loved him b4 he was held hostage. Also they both had awful childhoods. This story was great except the ending lol. But at least they kept the promise (when sangwoo dies, bum dies too). Sangwoo did love bum and he wasn’t “just” a substitute. Sangwoo and bum were genuinely happy for awhile and sangwoo also stopped killing in that period but then he got paranoid and thought bum tried to kill him (with the rat poison just like his mother tried to). Also this lowkey reminds me of ted bundy’s Story lol.
Bum was a stalker, but he wouldn’t have killed the girl if sangwoo hadn’t manipulated him. To do so. Also bum has to most obvious case of Stockholm Syndrome. He liked sangwoo in the beginning, yes. But he later expressed the desire to escape sangwoo (and tried to). He only stayed because of fear. He later then developed Stockholm syndrome, which is what made him stay even though he was being abused. Bum is a substitute for his mom. The author even said it themselves. Unless you mean to say that you know the story and characters better than the author. Bum and Sangwoo were never in love. If they were, sangwoo
wouldn’t have suspected that bum had poisoned him. People who are in love don’t suspect that their partner is trying to kill them. The ending was about the best way that Koogi could end the story. Sangwoo died the way is mother said he would, in the most painful way. Sangwoo died alone and afraid desperately crying out for yoonbum to no avail. Then having his ashes stored in closet like an old shirt. Yoonbum’s death is implied, but not explicitly stated. Leaving whether or not he dies up to the readers interpretation. Similar to the ending of the Giver.
I never meant to say that I know the characters better that the author but that was my interpretation. Also love has many different faces. Obviously u didn’t interpret the story the way I did and that’s okay but the author did make it obvious that bum loved sangwoo more than once and when sangwoo was gone bum still loved him! So he didn’t stay only out of fear. But I totally respect ur opinion and can understand where u r coming from (●'◡'●)
Ngl when I first started to read this I hoped that haru will die alone (I know this sounds really bad but when u love someone so much i think maybe the memory of them is enough) and then when I was a couple of chapters in I thought that he might replace his former lover with his brother but I was completely off! Haru loves the brother for who he is and the story is really cute and the younger brother and haru are so kind hearted
Do the worry it does. I am happy they didn't just gloss over the fact that the uke used to date the brother and actually dragged his love for a bit. I get that a lot of people wanted the uke to fall in love right away since it took a while but I feel that just shows his love for the dead brother was real and that since he was able to move on that means he was just that so much more in live with the younger brother. It makes his love for both seem real and that he didn't just replace the dead brother. But yes I would love a prequel too. Just so I can cry from knowing the tragedy and see the past a bit.
The problem with pre mature marking is that we won’t know if the omega and alpha actually like each other or if it’s just nature now (bc of the pheromones and they can literally never do ‘it’ with other people) I just try to look at it like they were a fated pair and just met too early! And also they were just small children when they bonded they will never be able to have any life experience at all and it’s just so not romantic xD
I luv da ye ge sm! He’s so precious I’m gunna cri!! When he said “I was afraid I find me disgusting too” I felt physical tears filling my eyes.. bruh I wanna protect him at all costs (ノ≧∇≦)ノ
“I was afraid *U* find me disgusting too” was what I meant damn autocorrect xD
