Honestly a great plot twist would be if the seme was actually socially awkward and read mangas/yaois to catch (the attention) of the person he likes. Also finally a uke that doesn’t participate in mind games or any other bs and really stands up for himself. Really love his character and hope he won’t give in before the seme genuinely redeemes himself (my vision of a proper redemption would be that he truly apologizes, straightens up the other bullies, slowly builds a friendship with the uke, builds a relationship of trust and respect and then we can talk about other things)
I think the deer was a metaphor for nakyum. The leaned sir hurt the deer and eventually left it to die and seungho freed the deer from its suffering. (Everyone that knows the least bit about hunting knows that a deer will die a slow, painful death if it isn’t killed immediately after being shot. It’s just really cruel to even hunt but to let an animal suffer like this is the epitome of disrespect towards the animal!)

But there were other instances where they talked about the other kinds of pairs as well.
I’m done. I officially gave up on this story. I’ll only “read” it if I need some smut. I have a really high tolerance for dumbasses and bastards but this is it. The Mc is just fucking stupid but he doesn’t even show his vulnerability. It’s not enough of a story line to say he’s poor and that’s it. And it’s a huge mistake to not show the vulnerability of the seme or anything else besides being a handsome son of a bitch. They are both unlikeable.
