I love and hate Niro to be honest. He used to be a boy with justice, one who loved his foster parents and sisters, one who would sacrifice himself for his sisters, one i thought that was both humble and vindictive depending on the people he faces. In the end, going to that school just twisted him personality wise, hurting those who truly cared for him and wanted to help him just because they loved and cared for him. He could not even apologize to those he had wronged first: the muscular dude first when they had an argument about the half elf girl, and especially the half elf girl. She is too good for him. Id rather her stay with the muscular dude in the future (altho i doubt i will be able to read this or continue reading this).
I also have a complaint about that blue haired royal elf when he learned that Niro was a half elf. After preaching about “status meant nothing to elves” she goes ahead and ignored him for a whole year, calling him a cursed race and then, not even an apology from her. She just told him about her half elf uncle and how he walked in the wrong path that is apparently enough to justify her hypocrisy amongst half elves. That doesnt sit right with me. A 600 gold worth of tea wouldnt be enough of an apology for that.
And then back to Niro who i thought began to mature now. He goes ahead and prove me wrong after continuously doing things without thinking of the consequence and then crying and asking for help and/or apology later. For example: that group of slaves with the priestess. Sure it turned out fine that he managed to save all of them but what would have happened if they came late to provide support in the castle? What would have happened if they found out that everyone died before they could even reach them? That would have been for naught. Im not saying it was right to abandon the slaves (thats the whole point of the story) but at the same time, the consequence would have been dire if the soldier were massacred. After all, slaves in this story are not supposed to hold a weapon. What use would they be against demons? Humanity would be wiped out.
It goes to show that this story is really putting everyone who reads this in a perspective. Whether choices should be made out of selfish beliefs or logical. You could see what could be the right or wrong answer but people may think differently. But anyways, im done lol. Sorry for the boring read about what i thought of this story lmao. Mentally she is not a child, sure, we can argue about her true age any day but physically she is still a child. Her brain is still that of a child, so OF COURSE she’s gonna act like a child. She just have an old soul thats all. She can think like a teenager because of her mental age, but even then, she died when she is a teenager, so basically still a child. Sure it is totally different than Suddenly I Became a Princess where she acts like a kid to survive, but thats exactly why she can act like a child. Finea doesn’t have to ‘survive in a different world’ trope that forces her to actually be mature than anyone else despite her physical age. She isnt driven with revenge like the FLs in Lady Baby or I’ll Be the Matriarch of this Family. She just died from her past life and reincarnated into another life. She is allowed to act like her age because her surrounding allowed her to be a child.

Okay, yeah, i see my mistake there. What i meant by “mentally she is not a child” is the fact that she had lived before and is old and capable enough to think and act semi-mature. “Her brain is still that of a child” meant that her current body is still a child, therefore her physical brain is still a child. Hence, she will act like a child because of it. The age of her physical brain will affect what she do despite being mentally old. If she is not required to “survive” and use her knowledge of her past life, she would be acting like an adult despite her age. But since she isnt, she is allowed to grow like a child in a loving family, so thats why she is “acting like a child despite being mentally old”
I sincerely hope he would grow up to be at least open minded. He had experience how the Heroes act like POS. His pride is useless when innocents are getting killed because he wont accept the fact that a Villain can be good. I know its early for him to fully change his perspective but at the very least, he should be more open minded now since he’s a Villain himself. Like he’s a Villain now and is been helping innocents and he couldnt think of the possibility that there are Villains who love to help innocents too? Like at this point he sounds hypocrite.

I think the flag was placed there because Ham had told him that he should have likes younger men since he’s older, as a way to accept his feelings. Ham is drunk, so he cannot control anything he says. And obviously Ye-chan didn’t accept that seeing how he looked so done with his face palm about being accused as what the flag represented.

Ok, i admit my mistake. I’ve seen the previous comments about how it was about that flag, and since i dont ever support it, i dont extensively research or be a part of it, or EVEN be associated with it on my history. I did not imply in any way that Ye-chan is grooming Ham or that their relationship (if it ever go romantically which it will eventually) is not legal because of the age difference. If anyone is offended with this at all, i apologize. I admit my ignorance of something i dont know, or even try to know because of what it stands.
My purpose in this comment is that, since people have commented about the flag, Ham just wanted to get Ye-chan to accept his feelings and it brought up the age difference of seven years and how done Ye-chan is with it. I honestly did not think it was a flag but just a bunch of color splashes for the background purposes until after i read the comments.
