From what i've understood almost animal species have betas, omegas and alphas and in every species majority of them are betas and a small percent of them are alphas and omegas.

I think the species are only important when it's beta, because they can't have kids with other species betas. It has to be the same species.
The species only doesn't matter when it's alpha, who can get any species pregnant, and omega, who can get pregnant by any species.
So basically, there is no relevancy of species in this plot other than that there's predators that are attacking/eating prey species and that our omega is 100% sure a predator is gonna eat him up lol
