Can someone recommend me a manga or webtoon where the male will cheat or break up with girl and later regrets it because he doesn't want girl to be with another or vise versa. (Sometimes I hate this soft of thing but I love it when they suffer because of guilt and regrets XD) plss recommend me if you have some

Hi guys I am looking for an Isekai manga where th MC is a male (OP), remembers the past, and is a noble that has a family but at one point he went out to kill bad people and saves an Elf named her "Alpha" and they formed a group called "Black Ravens" (Not sure if it is the correct group name since i forgot, but it was something like that.)

Can someone pls recommend me a manga/ webtoon. I perfer BL (Yaoi/ Shounen Ai) but I'm also good with Shoujo (Romance). I need to read something cause all I have are ongoing ones and not sure if the translator will continue huhuhu... I NEED TO READ SOMETHING BADLY XD
