It's a bit long manga and I remember it being angsty. I think they break up a while and then get back together after a few years

This is literally one of the best mangas out there imo I've read it a bunch of times and I will never get tired of it.
Okay I've read this before but literally forgot the title. ukes dad dies and he's taken in by seme. Uke is depressed. Uke and seme start having sex, uke wants more, seme is like wtf and then pushes uke over the edge and uke comitted/almost committed suicide. And then seme regrets it bla bla... They were uncle-nwphew but then they end up being not related i think. It's a webtoon.. not a manga.
