I think the main problem here is that they (Sid and Cain) don't understand their feelings (it's become apparent neither could recognize love and jealousy, and it's worse in Sid's case because it causing him to torment our boy more)

What's happening to the best friend is really sad and unfortunately, it will be around 20+ Chapters more before he is freed from Sid. The recent raws are very exciting though because the Bestfriend [SPOILERS]























Will be in the care of this green-eyed demon doctor, an ally of Cain, and they are both have the potential to be shipped together. What's even better is that in the past, the green-eyed demon doctor had a previous human male lover that GREATLY resembled the Bestfriend. So it is possible that their relationship is a fated one because it is highly possible that the Bestfriend is the reincarnation of the former male lover of the demon doctor.

I presume Sid is the spy mentioned in earlier chapters

I kinda feel bad that it's unlikely Sid's relationship will bloom, but glad to see Jinyoung pairing up with the cloning doctor too. A mix of emotions I'd say
