I usually get on here to read fiction and be entertained. I read other works of Bad Pharmacy as well but dang, Eve Festival hits different. It's a piece of reality. I am in awe with how well written this is.

The characters, conflict, and resolution. It presented issues that are, unfortunately, rampant in any country. Domestic abuse, grooming, misogyny, power play, and pressuring your kid with your unfulfilled dreams.

All characters, except the rotten teacher, are commendable. Would like to give a special mention to Hansol and Jungwon's mother. I almost cried with the way his mom fought for him. I can only wish the same to real life cases.

We have a fucked up world and such was portrayed in this story. How it was able to do so and move its readers in 24 chapters is amazing in itself.
