From the X spoilers, it seems TaeJu ran away from EuiHyun because he felt like every misfortune that came EuiHyun's way was because of him. He couldn't forgive himself that's why he chose to distance himself.
Well, EuiHyun isn't taking it too well because he already likes TaeJu. He met up with the neighbor guy and drank some alcohol. Neighbor guy tried to help EuiHyun meet TaeJu (he has supposedly ran away for 1 month now). He called TaeJu, saying that EuiHyun was drunk af and to come get him. EuiHyun was aware of all of this and was thankful for his help. TaeJu came and carried EuiHyun home (but not before smacking neighbor guy for letting EuiHyun get shitfaced (which he wasn't).

I hope the neighbor college student gets a happy ending because he went through so much and was so helpful he deserves happiness

yeah he's really been helpful (saving the little brother with the microwave accident, saving Euihyun from Yeongdo's rape attempt, sharing cigarettes and spending calming moments with Euihyun when he was isolated asked to stay home at all times, etc)
