Sister did nothing wrong, but I died at the alphas stupidity when he took meds TO REMOVE OMEGA TRAIT like no sht it’s gonna kill him but he lived through a miracle (and there there were a bunch of side effects!!) and even if he died, sister would have proved her point that he wasn’t a good match bc who tf does that and in the first place ;/
I understood the sister’s POV that it’s possible he is only following his alpha instincts, so her interrogation kinda makes sense. She’s a good sibling.
Well I’m glad they got together anyway rest of the story was good... ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

so i actually ended up buying the manga since I really liked it a lot and I wanted to know what these characters said originally and check some things that didn't make sense to me. Just writing this post in case anyone else wanted to know some extra things especially since I believe this scan was not directly translated from Japanese so there are some things lost in translation. There are also a few missing pages which is why the flow was a little weird - you can find them on other sites that uploaded this manga but not sure if they are translated.
As for the doubts about their names, Yuuto’s name is 100% Yuuto and not Masato according to the furigana. Ryuusei is also definitely Ryuusei (or at least Ryuu something) but Yuuto calls him Ryuuchan the whole time.

2 pages missing after, which explains Yuuto is going back to the dorms because his roommate (Komatsu) can’t go home for summer so he feels bad for him, but he reassures his family he will attend uni from home. Then his dad reveals that he will be working in Singapore and the mother will be going too so they need to talk about where Yuuto will live (he also begs Yuuto to come with them lol)
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/koi_nanka_shitakunai/mh/c004/10/
There is a page before that, his delusions keep coming and he imagines himself in bed with Ryuu, this surprises himself into suddenly standing up which confuses Ryuu. He tries to come up with an excuse leading to “I suddenly really want to eat some watermelon”.
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/koi_nanka_shitakunai/mh/c004/19/
Actually, there are many pages missing from the bath scene haha. Anyways while Ryuu washes his hair, Yuuto suddenly remembers how he made Komatsu faint when he set him up alone with Shindou-sensei in the dorm’s bathroom back in highschool and at that point he realised his mistake LOL
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/koi_nanka_shitakunai/mh/c004/24/
There is a page missing where Yuuto uses his right hand to masturbate, so yeah he didn’t get his left hand wet on purpose.
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/koi_nanka_shitakunai/mh/c004/29/
After Ryuu stares at Yuuto’s neck, Yuuto brings up something like he is glad Ryuu is his brother which snaps Ryuu out of it.
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/koi_nanka_shitakunai/mh/c004/36/
Yuuto didn’t just straight up leave, he tells Ryuu that he should tell him when he brings his friends home. Ryuu apologises and Yuuto says he was about to go out anyway and tells them to take their time.
Chapter 4 ends the first part of the manga and there is a special on Komatsu and Shindou-sensei: Yuuto gives him a trip to an onsen that Ryuu won in bingo with his drama crew, I think, and tells him its an apology for making him faint in the bath during highschool LOL
Volume 2:
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/koi_nanka_shitakunai/mh/c006/12/
Not important but in his list of contacts, his 3rd recent text message was from a “Hidechan” and not Komatsu. Ryuu is listed as Ryuuchan.
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/koi_nanka_shitakunai/mh/c006/30/
Also not important, but just to be specific with the nicknames, Shindou-sensei calls Yuuto a brat rather than a little devil, so little devil is a nickname reserved for Ryuuchan only (chapter 8) (▰˘◡˘▰)
When Yuuto falls asleep, somehow his nickname switches to maiden but he is actually stuck with the name adulterer. When he is on the phone with Shindou-sensei later on, he introduces himself as the adulterer as well xD
Also when he falls asleep and Shindou-sensei calls him a little devil the third time, rather he referred to Yuuto as a hindrance which is why Komatsu told him not to call him that.
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/koi_nanka_shitakunai/mh/c008/9/
“If I calm down I can’t sit properly” should be “If I calm down, I won’t feel like running away/I’ll be able to hold on” with a question mark (that’s why he is playing dead)
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/koi_nanka_shitakunai/mh/c008/15/
Translation is not wrong, wanted to confirm that Yuuto does in fact say ready meals (≧∀≦)
More specifically he said 据え膳/suezen which reads ready meals but is figurative for a woman’s advances. Just a fun fact lol
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/koi_nanka_shitakunai/mh/c008/20/
Translation is not wrong here either but when Yuuto explained that he wanted to do it with him since middle school, he mentions having delusions of Ryuu which is why Ryuu asks him if the real thing is better than the Ryuu in his delusions.

"come down until you're uncool" is the one line that has always bothered me and I thought it was wrong, turns out that's pretty much the literal translation from Japanese. I THINK he means Ryuu is cool → out of reach, and to get off that high place and come to where Yuuto is.

i like this arc so i thought i might make a hate free discussion on it
so far Jennette has been interacting with Anathasius and its clear that she's not the brightest person, but since she was able to melt Claude's heart in the original story, you'd think the story would end with her melting Anathasius's heart? Which would be interesting since he is the main villain and for Jennette who is meant to be weak, lacking in any magic/wisdom i think it would be cool if she ended up being the hero that turns the story around.
whether they are father/daughter or not, i still find Jennette and Anathasius interesting since its the most pure hearted person interacting with the most cold hearted person. after all Jennette's happiness was taken, it would be cool if Anathasius were to be that replacement and even they both die from the curse, at the very least they would both be happy before the inevitable death. It would be a nice bittersweet ending but at the same time idk how to feel about Jennette dying so i just hope Athy can save her.

I will forever be confused by this comment section because of how so many people collectively antagonise Jennette and are insulted by everything she does (when there are literally other people to blame, like her father... I mean do people not realise he’s the MAIN reason for all this sht going on and would target Claude with or without Jennette’s existence yet 90% of this is about Jennette). I’m positive I’m reading the same manhwa as the rest of you but feel close to nothing in the latest chapters even though I consider myself to be a pretty emotional person. Yeah I’m sad that Athy is separated from her father but her happiness doesn’t mean it should be at the expense of Jennette’s happiness otherwise it’s just a repeat of the original novel and nothing changes. This means no matter what, Jennette HAS to have a happy end otherwise it goes like this: Athy steals Claude from Jennette and Claude doesn’t give Jennette a time of the day, Jennette is miserable seeing Athy get along with Claude, Athy “naively” kills her aunt in the process (the one person by her side) and ultimately sets up her demise THEN perhaps someone reincarnates into Jennette’s body repeating the process all over again with their deaths alternating. Of course I’m thinking through Jennette’s point of view who doesn’t know who her real father is and by the way, isn’t stupid because there’s no reason she should question why Claude ISN’T her father - plus it doesn’t actually matter since they’re technically still family and I can’t see Jennette’s actual father being there for her so it’s probably better that Claude accepts her before she finds out she’s loveless. Remember that one chapter when Athy’s reading comments about how her character is fodder for Jennette and Claude’s relationship in the original novel and how their diehard fans disregarded Athy’s death? Yeah this comment section right now is the real life version of that with the protagonists switched. I get loving Athy and Claude but I will probably never comprehend the total obsession over them that caused almost the whole community to abandon reason.

Umm I m not one of those who comment that "I hate jennette" but I have read some novels like mo dao zu shi n erha where the "MOST INNOCENT N KIND HEARTED LOOKING" person is the main villian so....I just have my doubts up....I know she is innocent now n is being used but I think she is a person who loves her father a LOT n will do anything to get him...I mean if she was a nice innocent person then.... why didn't she save athy in the original novel......
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/be/u295648_50x50.jpg?2)
You're so right though.. Jeanette isn't at fault right now.. Though her naivity kinda irritates me sometimes.. Why doesn't Athy just shake her and say "don't just trust anyone!"? As her sister she should. I can understand that she's still kinda wary of her because she doesn't want what happened to Athy in the original novel because of Jeanette happen to her but still... I wonder if having Jeanette as an ally would help.. Athy is a grown woman in the inside so... Can't compare her with other children..
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/10/u471200_50x50.jpg?2)
The thing with Jennette’s introduction and taking the role of the protagonist in the recent chapters is that they are bringing to light just how pure hearted she is (while we already know this from the original novel, actions do speak louder than words). For instance, original Athy was kind on the surface but part of her secretly felt Jennette stole Claude from her verses when Jennette saw Athy and Claude, she admired them instead. We’ve also been force fed just how much she wants to get along with Athy (maybe even more than her father since her monologues are mainly about Athy) and most of what she’s doing is for Athy’s sake too (including meeting Claude). If we’re comparing her to the original novel, well she was the only one that truly despaired when Athy died and still worries about her even though she doesn’t have the favourite daughter position anymore. The original Athy was so tragically unlovable that even Claude and Ijekiel didn’t care about her. Its true Jennette didn’t “save” Athy but she died before Jennette knew her life was in danger. The original Athy had already tried her best to get along with Claude and Jennette could only do so much to support her - Claude simply didn’t like first Athy (notice first Athy is a goody two shoes but second Athy is more cheeky/outgoing). They even had the same chances since both of them met Claude before Jennette did.
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/10/u471200_50x50.jpg?2)
The only person Jennette can’t trust is her dad but even Athy doesn’t know who the black haired man is. Should I call Athy naive for not knowing this? It’s true that Jennette is being tricked... a lot... but not in a way that it’s obvious for her to question it. Even though letting her guard down around Anastacius isn’t exactly a good thing, it’s hard to feel resentment for Jennette because of how kind she is being towards this “stranger” she instinctively trusts and instead I feel sorry that her father is only taking advantage of her kindness. Actually I’m mostly just entertained since Jennette is meant to be so kind hearted that she can melt everyone’s heart so with the main antagonist present I wonder what would happen...
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/be/u295648_50x50.jpg?2)
Yeah.. As you said, Jeanette instinctively trusts him.. And I don't like the fact that she's being taken advantage of.. I was just sort of wondering when I said that Athy should say something to Jeanette.. I mean, if you had a sister and you're suspicious about someone getting close to her wouldn't you warn her? That's why I think Athy feels quite distant with Jeanette or something like that, that's all..
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/10/u471200_50x50.jpg?2)
You're right that Athy knows he's suspicious and probably taking advantage of Jeanette. Maybe she trusts Jeanette's instincts too much, I mean everyone was kind to her in the original novel sooo yeah xD I mean, not that its any excuse Athy shouldn't warn her but ultimately ... it doesn't concern me too much because Athy's existence itself is changing Jeanette's character. While everyone is counting on Jeanette to steal Claude, all Jeanette talks about is Athy this Athy that its very unlikely to count on her to "want" Claude for herself at this point (esp when she literally said she wants Athy for herself LOL). She is also partly fixated on Anastacius too like she's just naturally opposing what everyone wants her to do so I wouldn't be worried at all.
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/10/u471200_50x50.jpg?2)
I’ll just be here... alone... in the Jennette’s supporters corner ┗( T﹏T )┛
(to clarify just in case but support more moments with her real father not Claude)
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/44/u288300_50x50.jpg?2)
Honestly Jennette is a cute and sweet girl (unlucky circumstances making her kinda a bad luck magnet but still) and shes a really good friend to Athy and just wants the love of a family and I'm so sad that she is struggling to get that. I honestly hope she finds out that Claude isn't her dad but his brother is then her and Athy can be the cool cousin duo and hang out and all since Jennette and Athy would both technically be princesses, but neither would be stealing the others place. Then maybe Jennette will have a little bit of the love she deserves
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/10/u471200_50x50.jpg?2)
But the thing is I feel like she’s being blamed for literally everything going wrong when it’s all coincidental and there are real reasons behind it? I understand the desperation for Claude and Athy but it’s a bit illogical to think Claude taking a liking to Jennette is going to change what he thinks about Athy - he already hated her by default anyway. Jennette also took a long time to get Claude to like her as well so I’m surprised at the amount of people feeling a sense of urgency and irrationally hating her when I can’t see anything going wrong at all, unless Claude is incapable of loving two daughters if/when he gets his memories back?
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/44/u288300_50x50.jpg?2)
Not sure, I am definitely not on the hating Jennette bandwagon though. She deserves just as much happiness as Athy does and you can tell Athy wants that too. IDK I just really hope everything works out in the end for both the girls and maybe Claude can be loving father/uncle to the two of them after he fucks up Anastacius again....
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/10/u471200_50x50.jpg?2)
Exactly! She doesn't deserve hate, Claude is still her family either way so they should still get along. Plus she ends up miserable in the original story as well, if not just from guilt bc of Athy's death or at least its implied. Lets just pray (▰˘◡˘▰)
I also kinda want Anastacius to somehow redeem himself through Jennette somehow bc they seem cool together too. Especially with how evil he is compared to Jennette who's the nicest character, so how their relationship will develop interests me.
Ok Jude with glasses is simply (▰˘◡˘▰)
