so, i really liked how the omega reacted to losing his job, the loss of autonomy was devastating and i would feel the same way as well. i know omegaverse draws parallels from women’s experiences, especially workplace discrimination, so i really liked how the omega reacted because of that.
that being said, i really did not like how the omega eventually “submitted” to the alpha and didn’t keep his job in the long run. there was a small panel saying the omega could work for a while, but not in the future (?). it’s funny that the manga has a page saying being an omega is not about submission when the omega basically submitted himself to live as a housewife for the alpha, even though the alpha was literally a college student lol
anyways, i know this is just a fictional story and literally for fun, but it also highlighted a part of women’s irl experiences when dealing with work place discrimination and a pressure to submit to their husbands. i thought it was gonna handle it well, but i guess i was disappointed. really good art and character design, though ^_^
was the uke modeled after chitose kurosaki from deresute??? the similarities omg
