Awesome story! I was surprised how much the characters, mc included, are realistic.
I was not repulsed by the art in any way, I think it's a perfect match for the genre. Anyway, it's pretty well drawn in general, only the faces look plain at first. Yep, that's the kind of story where the shoes are prettier than the faces!

It's really refreshing to see a story where the mc has ugly flaws! Honestly, I hope he will cheat on his boyfriend and will try to conquer his boyfriend back after that because I believe that if he doesn't do a huge mistake, he will never learn how to love properly. What he needs is to face the consequences of his actions to learn about the boundaries he's lacking and to finally be able to give worth to people around him. I prefer him to cheat and get it rather than continue to waste the time of his boyfriend in a relationship with no love. I know my logic is weird but I'm saying that from experience, I've mastered the art of making mistakes.

Yep and I hope his boyfriend doesn’t take him back. It’s basically impossible for trust to ever be fully restored in a relationship after someone cheats. This is a consequence of cheating. I don’t foam at the mouth about cheating plots like some people here but for me, that’s a plot development that’s hard to believe and in the back of my mind, I assume the couple will eventually break up again.

I don't know, in that yaoi, I have the feeling that the boyfriend is totally aware that the mc is not trustwhorthy, looks like it will make him want to possess him even more. But we really need a wider range of BL about cheating so that everyone can be satisfied with the end.^^
To be honest, I believe that the trust can actually be restored and even amplified after cheating... Everybody needs to test their limits before knowing themselves, most of us have done it when we were children but some people are more slow with that and had to test their limits later as adults, doing sometimes the same mistake again and again while some people had unreliable caretakers and it's honestly the kind of cheaters I'd fear the most. Of course as adults it takes more time to get a click, but it's not impossible, some just need to get rid of some minor insecurities while others will never have the time to make the efforts to change so much their foundation is shaky. And sometimes, it's the efforts and forgiveness of a person who change a person, as for myself. I'm not saying that someone should suffer so that the other could change, just that there are actual reasons behind cheating, and if someone didn't sense that their lover would cheat on them, then maybe they didn't really know that person. People should take more time to get acquainted before having high expectations of the other one.

So far, my bet on the story is that the mc will go out with the new guy from work and cheat on him with the tattoed guy. Then he will realize that he wants to be with the tattoed guy but deny it for ages and wait for his boyfriend to be heartbroken like he did with his wife instead of breaking up with him like a proper human being =/
