There seems to be no current scanalation taking it and there's no sign that any scanalation is actually taking it at the moment. If you want a scanalation group to scanlate it you'd have to join their discord. Which is what scans mainly use or atleast I think so. Or contact a group here, I've seen some accounts be for scanalations.

I think your talking about He Guanyu & Xu Xingchen on chapter 23 they had twins and the bottom is the sibling of Mr he (their story is technically a continuation as they are the side couple)
