I love that this manhua always has twist that are interesting and realistic. Like usually the seme just keeps abusing the uke and it's seen as romantic, but in this one they show how toxic those traits are. I'll be honest throughout the series I was worried they were gonna redeem Jihyun but they're actually showing he needs help which is nice, while keeping some of the "angst."

In order for me to get into the story the pedo has to pay for his actions. I get sometimes in real life traumatic stuff happens, but to go back to his molester isn't very healthy at all. Some people like twisted shit in their stories though, and I can only get behind it if the guy who did it really regrets it and the kid gets his revenge. Like a little fucked up stuff is good for drama, but I like relationships to end healthy even if they didn't start out healthy.

I feel like these 2 semes are like the two different halves of He Tian from 19 days, like if you split him up into two separate people you have the badass obsessive type and the social nice butterfly and Chiwo is kind of like Mo trying to decide which is the part he likes. XD
I also think what would be the healthiest for both Chiwoo and Jihyun is if Chiwoo ends up with Kyujin and Jihyun ends up with someone else, like that redhead guy that he "ran into trouble with." I hope both of them can be happy, but after all that he's done to Chiwoo, they just really shouldn't end up together.

Usually in yaoi I always go for the angst, like the misunderstood aggressive seme's but this time I'm really really rooting for the fluffy sweetheart seme, he just seems so innocent and worthy of love! ヾ(☆▽☆)
And you know actually not toxic for the uke. Like I love aggressive / possessive tops but this one is too much and handles everything not only hurtful, but selfishly, Kyujin for the win!

Why give a character depth and the dynamic of being hurt and kind of evil because of it, when at the end you're just going to say "You haven't been wronged all your life everyone secretly loved you the whole time!" That's so unrealistic and rushed. You built up this whole conflict, only to let it spiral out of control so you have to rush to clean up the mess. If this is all true then why didn't he tell him he still cared for him as a friend when they first reunited. People are trying to defend it, but it's lazy writing, no other way to put it. The only reason I'd read the next chapter is if there's a sex scene XD

I love how Haruki just walked in like he doesn't give a shit about his feeling for Akihito anymore, like "huh, you're still here bitch?" with his hair cut that Akihiko probably knows he probably grew out because he said he liked it too, since he knew Haruki liked him. Just I could live with Akihiko's heart really belonging to that other guy, I would even be fine with them being a couple since their story is interesting too, but the way Akihiko treated Haruki was F'd up, so I'm glad Haruki is taking a step for himself, if that makes sense? Like Akihiko and his old man crush have caused Haruki's heart enough turmoil already, so I'm glad Haruki didn't again cater to Akihiko's feelings.
Also the author love strong emotional attachments to her character's exes, which I think can be really powerful and emotional when they eventually get with their new love interest, but in Akihiko's situation the other guy likes him back, but being a little bitch about it, like in theory their relationship could work, it's just the other guys wants to get rid of his feelings. That would usually lead me to ship Haruki and Akihiko, but Akihiko is just as bad on top of not caring about another person's feelings, so I can't really ship it, I just hope they both grow from whatever this was, and the violinist also finds somebody else too.
this mangaka is making me feel all types of ways Σ( ̄□ ̄||)
The seme is the armored titan, but vitamin d deficient and gay
