Yes Dear Door is also getting an official English release. The author themselves was very upset and mad on twitter about the unofficial translations, so they dropped it , which is perfectly understandable.

As far as I know it's not out yet. It's supposed to come out in December this year, but this depends on where the author decides it should be uploaded and of course the pandemic. The release date might be moved to next year. ( I checked their twitter and this is the information they gave their followers).

That's what I was thinking because my little sister was late with the talking but she is SUPER smart.
I don't think so .. My cousin wouldn't talk much when he was young, but could easily follow commands. It wasn't until he went to daycare and was around other kids more frequently that his speech began to improve, which is apparently very common, especially for children that don't have siblings.

also by saying it sucks that hyesung yelled at him, i'm not trying to invalidate his own struggles/trauma. as a kid, i've been yelled at for not understanding a word or not pronouncing it correctly. as a parent never take your frustrations out on your children no matter what.
