so it’s a BL manga where there’s twins. one feels inferior to the other so he goes to this gay bar and he sells himself using his twin brother’s name. he meets this guy the ML and i don’t remember what happens but i know in one part he has sex with a client that is known to be very violent and the ML takes care of him after. I CANT FIND IT PLS HELP MY FRIENDS

Yuureitou isn't BL but there's some subtext (and other LGBTQ+ rep). It just has an amazing plot overall and I highly recommend it. And I know some other manga with transguys and/or boy × transgirl couples if you're interested. You can also check out Tapas.com/the Tapas app, it has a pretty diverse selection of webcomics. It's sad that we don't get a lot of rep, but that just makes the few you find even better.
