We all gonna ignore the fact that two previous holders are just staring at the wall the entire time? i mean, yeah i think its because they havent made their debut of importance yet, but staring that the wall? i saw that and died laughing XDD

True, however if you look on page 13, you see that there are two seats empty. Izuku is the ninth holder of the quirk and if you count All Might's 'filler' spirit, there are eight seats and eight people there aside from Izuku. So on that point, the probability of it being Bakugo is as is. But if we go back to the All Might 'filler' i mentioned, because All Might is still alive and not dead, the filler is taking his place. The two facing the wall, are fully formed people no 'fillers' of any kind, so unless Bakugo died within one chapter abrublty, the probability of one of them being Bakugo is simply not possible in my opinion
