But after that scene, pain pain pain pain worse than death will come. I cried for a week after that no cap.

I wonder why they broke up - my speculations are thus:
1. Maybe the curse starts affecting your partner too and that's why even yoonhee's mom isn't around. You can't protect someone you love from this. That's why maybe his father said yuri is expendable...like I'm starting to feel so bad for Yuri. :( no one deserves to be categorised as expendable in this world. Especially Yuri who hasn't done anything wrong. I think maybe he was the first recipient of the curse...or he was used to reverse the curse when Yoonhee was 11 but it failed and burned his face....if so, I'll cry so much for him.
2. Maybe he hears about yoonhee getting married because like he said they get married young in that house.
3. Maybe he mistakenly catches yuri and him doing something idk.
4. Maybe this desk partner chick causes something.
Also yoonhee, ofc he is mad at youuuu hahaha. You asked him if he wants to marry a random girl who he said was pretty....honestly valid. If Sejoon is that hot and popular and caring and cute, I'd be that possessive and crazy too. I relate to yoonhee like I've never done before. I haven't liked two fictional characters this much since I read MXTX lol.
Not me avoiding this manga until the season 3 begins. Fuck this season and the season ending especially. Fuck the little king. I was rooting for you, lil bitch.
My only gripe with this story and plot is that I can't shake off the feeling the writer wanted to draw minors having explicit sex and you can't do it in manhwa since it is outlawed. But they drew them as minors but just said they're older... it is just weird for me. Just one gripe.

The mc is so soft and cute and wild but the ml has a troubled traumatic past and it's kinda confusing. Its understandable he's like that but irl these kinda people are so ooooh scary since their obsession takes the course of violence and abuse that probably they went through in their childhood and they traumatise and abuse the ones they "love".
It is making me sad and scared tbh. When he is googling it, it makes me sad, but to see he is emotionally manipulating and controlling him is scary. Ughhh Idk.
I don't like the modern mc. The art is great, but idk.

Jaeshin is my favourite character, the crown prince...he's meh. I rarely like goody two shoes, evasive characters with no interesting character arc for them. They're catalyst characters.

The seme is bit of a tool but charming nonetheless and not toxic, just teasing and naughty lol. The uke can hold his own against him and the seme will be so whipped for him its unbelievable. He's so whipped that he'll do anything and everything for the uke lol. He's spoiled himself and he'll spoil his baby too. There is this scene where they'll gamble and the seme says if you win, you get the money, and if you lose, I'll pay your share and he gets pissed when the uke is winning because he doesn't get to spend money on him and delights when he loses because then he gets to splurge money for his babe lol. He's so dumb. this manhua is hilarious too. And the sex is implied but it is still better than normal manhuas. I just wish this was a novel I'd read tf out of it.
This truly is the novel for the perfect angst. When I first read and every time I've reread it since then, I cried into my pillow for the longest time. Really. No other novel has touched me like this one, and Shizun is so precious, so lovable, just everything sweet and nice. The ANGST in this novel is unbeatable. Change my mind.
And for all his flaws, I couldn't HATE Moran because he's had his reasons and the title rightfully says he's a DUMB Husky lol. But I could never begrudge someone who can love so deeply - whether it be Shi Mei or Shizun. The dearth is his heart for love or affection is bottomless, and if he hates you, for that too lol.
It especially touched my heart - idk if that moment has passed or not - when he complaints to shizun that if he would've felt even a single iota of affection and attention from him (being dumb as he is) he would've been happy for his whole life.
But even when he perceived Shizun to be so cold and distant and basically hating him (in his head) he still clung to him for approval and attention and affection in his own twisted ways. It's sad. I love this novel because the ML is the anti-hero of his own story. I cried for him too - the perfect angst story. I could drink it like tequila all life long hahaha.
Anyway, I love this novel with my whole heart and I'll carry it with me until my last day.
