This is good but it tends to be pretty confusing and all over the place. I found the novel to be really great and enjoyed the read. The novel is up to 343 chapters so far and ongoing. It can be read at novelupdates.com and it's under the name "Divine Doctor: Daughter of the First Wife"
This is a great manga, and I love the story and the main character... but I hate how everyone keeps jumping to conclusions and misjudging him.
