I see your point. The only ecchi hetero mangas i can think of are all hentai manga. It's usually under milf tags or like femboy/twink type stuff. Especially female dom. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Oh yeah that's something always absolutely bothered me since I was little. I would think to be more fair anime studios could either add an equal amount of fan service of boys like the way they do to girls, or at least just tone it down a little. There are fan services on Line Webtoon's Let's Play as well.. I know it's limited as compared to echi mangas for men but something's better than nothing......
