Hmm. I hope people don't dismiss this RAPE because the bottom did it. Forcefully making someone go into heat is like drugging them, and the poor dude is OBVIOUSLY against it. Doesn't matter if he's simply holding himself back, or they had sex before and it doesn't matter. It's still RAPE when you force (and tie up) an unwilling person to have sex with you. Will this be considered hot by many? Yes. Will people like the top being "submissive" or "whimpering"? Hell yeah. Is this a crime and morally wrong? FUCK yeah. Also, you can still like and enjoy the story AND consider this rape. It doesn't have to be only one of those. It won't be the first time, and certainly not the last time something like this happened in a story people like. Just don't dismiss what happened.
