Constipation comes from bad habits in alimentation, unbalanced dietary or malnutrition/denutrition, dehydratation... Lack of physical exercice and a very sedentary lifestyle provokes this too.
Having a balanced dietary including lots of vegetables and fruits will solve the problem.
To help for now, drink a lot of water and eat some fruits, a bit of patience and you can release yourself later.

Yeah, we fujoshis can experience constipation, some more than others, because we tend to read lots of Yaoi/mangas and added to that some also have an alimentation problem; we spend too much time to our reading activity/art... that constipation is not uncommon to us, at all.
