What i noticed is that Yeonwu is really such a considerate, and caring character. He noticed right away that something is wrong with Taehwan, that chapter where he gave an advice on Dojin(ch 59) and that time where he also gave Taehwan a piece of mind when they accidentally met on a bar. He's so caring on others to the point he can't even take care of himself. He's so selfless. He deserves better

Up until now (chapter 9) Hachidori never made it clear that he wanted a relationship. As such it really isn't cheating or anything the like, considering there was no relationship between them other than the awkward 'maybe, no, maybe' kinda interactions and messing around that had no real lover-like relationship basis for either of them.
It's likely Hachidori didn't exactly want a relationship up until Amami was about to be stolen anyway. That's a common trope for these types of seme.

Potentially, but we don't know Hachidori's intentions yet since we only know Amami's inner monologue, not Hachidori's (as well as his feelings and so on).
I think he honestly just wanted to mess with him (since he was obviously pissed because of the homophobia and he just has a sadistic personality) but likely along the way developed feelings for Amami.
At least that's the usual story behind this type of plot and character interactions. :P
