It is, I think someone before (I don’t remember who probably the main devil male or the bitchy friend we saw before that fell into the pool) said they broke off because he cheated on Hanea with Ji Yeonli so he’s probably lying to get Hanea back.
He has been raising his child pratically alone and dealling with his mother in law and now hes being used by two psychos.
He and his daughter deserve a happy ending atleast.

Sooooo, I don'tknow where you are at but here is the principal spoilers
- I might be wrong but I remember MC is from a rich family but I can't remember why he is not with them (probably kidnapping plus amnesia)
- ML forces MC to become an omega. ML is engaged to an Omega fiancé. He seems to be a white Lotus but there is a twist.
- MC wants to be free but everytime ML abuses him and prevents his escape.
- Long story short, ML realizes he loves MC decides to kidnap him and lock him (and I think he broke his legs to prevent his escape). ML also cancel the engagement.
- But MC manager to fake his death thanks to someone who helps him (this part is blurry so bear with me, please).
- that someone put a chip in MC's head to make him forgetting ML and makes me assume his true identity of the young master of a rich family (again, it's blurry. I'M sure about the chip and the fact that his new identity is from a rich family which is why I said earlier MC is from a rich family)
- Time skip. ML finds MC again. He notices MC had forgotten him so he tries to win him back
- remember the twist about the white lotus? He never loved ML. He tries to get revenge on his family for the death of ML's brother (or halfbrother or. cousin...sorry I read it a long time ago) because that guy was the one the white Lotus lives.
- and then I can't remember anything else, besides it is an happy ending. MC finds his memories and get back together with ML
