so i went ahead and checked some spoilers.
After getting angry and hurting mellisa, mc gets rejected by cain.
Hurt, she goes to the library in the church where the person there tells her that there are many ways to take revenge and suggests her to act like the “Masked lady" from the book he had given ger before.
So mc throws herself of the balcony and pretends to have amnesia. Ml takes this as a chance to win her heart, but mc takes revenge against mellisa by using her older brother, the ml. (Mellisa has a brocon obsession)
Now, the ml fell in love with mc when he saw her thrashing objects in a banquet when they were younger. Up until now everything that mellisa(ml's sis) did, the ml got punished for it. When his puppy was taken away from him as a child due to his sisters actions, he ended up with a twisted personality and since mc had a similarly bad personality, he fell for her.
So after all this, as ml pursues mc, he feels guilty cuz he thinks he is taking advantage of her amnesia, but then finds the masked lady book and realises that mc and the lady in the book are similar and finds out that mc actually doesn't have amnesia.
