wdym by touchy? can u elaborate, i think its pretty normal to like steal glances at someone u have a crush on and "Josh" is not really doing anything by having a crush on "Timmy if "Timmy" does not mind Josh being touchy and still would like to be friends with Josh then it's his decision.
