I just don't like how Kang seems to think he has some high ground because he's older. I get that age is valued a lot in Korean society, but it feels like he's minimizing Yiyoung, his partner, just because he's young. Maybe I'm just extra annoyed bc my family does the same thing to me despite being around Yiyoung's age lol

Or I'm sure you'll have other relationships, etc." Like, I get that it's rooted in his insecurity about their age/xp gap, but if Yiyoung was a 30y/o salary man who'd never dated, I doubt Kang would be on that spiel.
To me it feels like he's not taking Yiyoung' s feelings seriously because he's young. But Yiyoung isn't irresponsible or fickle, he's quite devoted. Not only has he been friends with the sociopathic Mina, distancing himself from people who shit talk her. He has been managing a team by himself, putting everything including his pride on the line. So what if he's younger and hasn't dated? Just because Kang dated around doesn't mean everyone needs to follow in his footsteps.
Good point. I don’t really think he cares about age authority or stuff like that, but he is definitely insecure and that’s causing a rift. He’s not 100% wrong about what he said but he shouldn’t have worded it that way or about his partner, maybe in general but still.
I just feel a bit bad that Kang has these insecurities due to his failed relationships, so he thinks his own lover will not be by his side in the future. That’s how I see it. I’m disappointed because of the spoiler I heard, but hopefully they make it out happy. Somehow. I will try to believe .
