I like this because I consider it a pretty decent male YANDERE story, those are very rare as is because people always get too butt hurt when they see a psychotic male but seem to let female ones slide. Of course I don't endorse behaviour like the seme's, we as a society have mostly moved well past excusing men for their shitty behaviour.

You don't see a lot of stuff like this being translated because most people or in particular, girls, are sensitive to non-con or dub-con. This is obviously more fetishey than other yaoi manga or doujinshi out there so I don't feel too bad about all the stuff that happens(I'm more upset about how this is ruining my perception of Kise).
