According to this draft of Asami's apartment, there is another passage to the panic room on the right side. I don't know where it leads though, because from the picture it's hard to say (maybe another balcony or something?).

do you remember the time when akihito find a secret room and he saw some guns there and he throw it away .. i think that is the secret passage where they can hide
@blazing... it's a room with a bed not a passage.
It's written (but not translated) that there's an escape passage through the roof of that room.
The panic room I mean... "to the roof".
Ah yeah, and seeing how the assailants came from above, I'm sure Asami already knew they couldn't use that escape route. Which is why they're staying put. My concern is since the attackers didn't see them escape (or die) they may be assuming he has a panic room.. Or what if they have blueprints of his house? It really could end bad, but I hope they get out!
I don't think those passageways would show up in normal blueprints...

in this chapter kurose always ask shirotani which one he prefers 'zoo or aquarium,which one you prefer?' and then 'going to the cinema or my place,which one you prefer?'. So when the butt-plug came out and Shirotani freaked out, Kurose said that actually he can use his finger but he thought something that can be disinfected would be more agreeable with Shirotani.Then he asked 'Using that (the butt plug) or my finger, which one you prefer?'.........seriously Kurose stahp!! I'm going to die because of blood loss from all the nosebleed I'm getting.

The girls who usually clean the scans and translate the manga chapters received the magazine with the actual ch 18 just today, it's not their fault for the delay. So stop complaining please, few hours ago they started to clean and translate so in few days it should be out.
i agree with Kanra. just wait a while longer i'm sure the translated chapter is worth waiting for.
I'm sorry if my commet gave the impression, that I'm complaining, because that is far from the truth. I'm always very respectful to the translation groups (and I'm usualy more patient). What I meant by that comment was just that I'm way too excited for the new chapter :3
