A nice action manhwa and so far no romance hehe. It’s one of those good stories you crave to binge read. I made the mistake of reading it when there were only 26 chapters out. Now I will wait til there is at least 100 chapters to catch up to

I don’t remember much of the plot anymore since S1 has been completed for a while now and there are still no signs of S2…
But I recall feeling frustrated?
As for the ML, he fell in love way too fast.
No thrill of romance developement, kinda shallow?
I’ll share a more clear and in depth review once it’s completed (but when will that be…)

I never saw her as “Evil” or “Trashy”.. Just “desperate” and “lost”.. All her actions, for me at least, were for self-preservation.. She was stupid, no one can deny that but she was desperate for an ally that she clung to the wrong people..
Navier didn’t deserved to get cheated on and casted away but Rashta also didn’t deserved to struggle so much just to feel safe.. She never felt safe.. She always threatened by something..
In conclusion, Soveshit was a curse to Rashta disguised as a blessing.. She was stupid but she wasn’t really evil or trashy.. Just stupid and desperate
He drove everyone to the edge and only started being remorseful once he felt the veil they had left.

The emperor manages to wake up my inner demons simply by appearing in a single slide. So I believe there isn’t much needed to say regarding this character. It’s quite frustrating how this infuriating palace drama continued for so many chapters, I really had to bare my teeth. It would’ve been less frustrating if the villains at least got a clap back once in a while, but it was all one sided torment towards Navier and well then the roles became somewhat reversed. I understand that the dude by Rashta’s side is an ally of the Western king and is supposed to stir things up from within the palace. But I cannot bring myself to forgive him because he’s done immense damage to Navier’s reputation. He has dragged her name through the mud. an evil mastermind indeed…
If the Western king’s love for her is truly so pure, he wouldn’t order or stand by his ally mentally tormenting the one he loves. I’m sure there are other ways to go about this without involving the empress much. Is this webtoon trying to prove to us that all men are trash...
He did put a stop to his cooperation with the duke once he got Navier tho so that’s something.

I love Navier’s aloofness and maturity, both in terms of personality and design. Most female leads tend to be all cringe uwu and their design looks like literal children.
But not with this manhwa. The author and artist have done a great job.
However she can be annoying with how stern she is n also unnecessarily kind to her enemies. He homeland did her dirty, n she is now the Western’s empress, yet she still want the best for the East which is simply not doable nor in the favour of he new empire. Tbh ML made a mistake marrying her. For the sake of his empire he would’ve been better off marrying a westerner.
But ig it’s better to focus on their cute relationship instead..

The commoners of the eastern empire can eat shit too with a ruined royal family. They took so much joy in tearing her down and supporting a homewrecker completely blinded by the fact that all of their lives will be in the hands of the new empress. They were manipulated too but I’ll always hate mobs regardless of era it’s revolting sheep mentality

This just goes to how everyone’s lives were destroyed at the hands of Patriachy. The innocent babies deserved better it was so unnecessary to have them murdered

The updates are superrr slow so I’ve almost forgotten everything about this manhwa and any motivation to ever continue it. At this rate, when will it every be completed??

My favorite character gotta be that strong sister of his. She is the well deserved heir to become the family head. Actually, I hope what their father said comes true. If mc and his big sis work together as future heads that would be an OP combo!
Compared to other webtoons with a similar plot, this is one of the few that come the closest to “Trash count”.
It’s of high quality and very exciting. No boring monologues or constant martial arts and drama. This is really good…
It deserves way more hype than the popular overhyped yet mediocre webtoons such as the likes of Solo Leveling.
Well those overhyped webtoons are usually pushed by shounen and harem fanboys, so that tells it all…
If you’re looking for a good webtoon in this genre then I highly recommend you to read Trash count and Crimson Karma first then this one.

I’m Persian so it’s really funny how whenever she can’t explain her 21st century knowledge n quickly goes Persia!
Also, regarding the age difference. It’s a fact I simply can’t get over since throughout the story I’m continuously reminded that she’s only 12 years old.
Mind you, since the beginning of the story the 9th prince has been in his 20s, so rn he’s quite a bit in his twenties.
He said that he fell in love with her at first sight, so when he was a fully grown man and she was only a 12yr old girl...
Her third sister is even younger than her and the 7th prince is even older than the 9th one, yet she tries so hard to set them up... like god that’s just straight up a sin.
I would prefer it much more to see some new villains being introduced or even better, some drama free arcs! The fact that she could’ve destroyed the entire Feng household for about a thousand times now, yet didn’t is extremely annoying. She only gives them more power and a better reputation, all that for what?? Atp this ain’t even revenge is she stoopid.
This is causing me a headache, the non stop drama is never a good storyline.
I’m really tired of this manhua and am considering to abandon it. It ever only revolves around the disgusting Feng household, they don’t even hold any importance in their own universe. Just a bunch of pigs, the author has thrown this story down the drain
Damn I didn’t even bookmark it…. I possibly left it at somewhere around ch.370…? No clue. So yea Idk how to catch up if I ever decide to continue it

It’s interesting, but the non stop drama is very tiring

From the cover art and the storyline, it’s pretty obvious that the emperor is the ML. Which is honestly quite disappointing. She’s too skilled of an assassin to be reduced to a mere lady of the emperor’s harem. He’s not even on her level, a plain character who’s used to ordering everyone around due to his status. It’s too boring. As for the other male on the cover art, I can’t tell who it is. Maybe he’ll appear later on down the storyline.
I would’ve much preferred her beast fiancé to be the ML, he seems like a solid interesting character unlike the emperor. After him, I would like to nominate Yugi ^_^ I really like his psychotic character, besides deep down he’s lowkey my favorite ship.

I must say this is boring and can be quite annoying.

I’m so glad this is not BL ))) but they’re missing the gender-bender tag tho. It’s one of my favorites! Each and every chapter is so interesting like?? I think I’ll never be bored of this Manhua. I can’t even imagine the day it’s completed, I will come to miss it so much..
Nowadays it has gone down south a bit in comparison to let’s say the first 100chapters. Hmm not sure why. Is it the quality or the pacing or has it become a bit repetitive?… could be a combo of all three. Oh and the translation of course which has worsened.

Li Feng and the other dude on their team are definitely gay. They’ve so obviously got the hots for eo.
I would’ve preferred to have NO BL in this manhua tho… it’s a bummer but whatever I’m just focused on the main cp


I’m really sad to say this but this manhua has rlly gone down hill. There’s just too much happening in classic Chinese soap opera style, the storytelling is very elementary n isn’t pulling me in, there quality has also dropped even further down.
Ngl this will always be one of my fav manhua’s but so many chapters in, it’s no longer as enjoyable as it used to be. Gotta say the first 100 chapters were goated

It’s fucking depressing now that it has ended after such a long time. Author pls don’t abandon us you may milk out their story for as long us possible
