U can use circle to search
(If u don't know what it is already Google it they explain it a whole lot better than me with pictures and how to enable it on your device)
And use that feature to translate your whole screen and then just scroll thro the raws , the feature is basically just using pictures google translate on the app , so its not perfect but better than nothing and you get the gist of it
