I actually hate him. He was such a dick with women who had the " audacity " to fall in love with him. Then when he fall in love he get mad jaelous of everyone, and is a controle freak. He is such an awful person. What Sofia did was stupid, but also in part to blame on him for the way he treated her during their fuck buddy relationship. First of all, all the women entered the relationship clearly knowing it was physical only, but thinking, "I can change him," and he didn't want to change. And with Lucia's previous traumatic life, she needs Hue's obsession over her to regain her confidence as a human being. Nah king, speak your truth. Why do people act like criticizing characters, art or story decisions in a manhwa means you hate it. Maybe I just love it so much, that I actually think about it a bit deeper than just a quick read over. Sometimes characters are assholes and that makes the story more interesting. Pointing out that they're not great isn't saying that the comic isn't great.
He may not be the greenest flag but I don't find him a red flag.
He slept with the ladies with their consent and informed them not to fall in love with him. He didn't even treat them kindly for them to misunderstand. Except they're all delusional that they could "fix" him. That they could be "the one" for him. After falling in love with Hue, they try to force him to reciprocate which he never will. Yes, you can't control who you fall in love with but you shouldn't overstep your boundaries. They were only bedmates.
As for Hue's behavior after he fell in love with Lucia, yes he's possessive and extremely jealous (kinda like the ladies who fell for him). But he doesn't let those traits of him burden Lucia. He let Lucia go riding, go boating, go hunting. He just made it so it's only females. Lucia didn't mind it and honestly, if it were me in her place I would even appreciate simply because I could be more free without men. And I believe Lucia also would prefer it that way because even if they don't show anything, she did undergo an abusive relationship with her husband in her "past life" so it wouldn't be weird for her to dislike the company of males.
Now about disrespect. Despite being only a Duke, Hue basically has more power and wealth than even the royal family. Most of the people who Hue is mean against kinda deserves it.
Also, you can't forget that Hue was abused as a kid. The only reason he hasn't killed himself is because he needed to take care of the people of Taran Duchy. While the second time she did rape him, I'm utterly disgusted by people saying she was a rapist the first Time. The "heat" is a state where omega lose most logical thoughts, even more when it's the first Time. She wasn't sane during the first Time. How can she be liable. They were both victims.
I witnessed the story of two people deeply hurt by an accident, who took bad decisions later (threats, blackmail, leaving).

Yes I know, he seems to be in rut during the first time. I don't think he is a rapist at all. He is a victim too in this story. I do blame him for not coming clean when he met her again, rather than threatening her. It's simply retraumatizing her. What if she tried to take her own life during the short moment they were together ? What if the stress put so much strain on her mental state that she try to harm their child ? That is real life consequence such situation could have provoked.
Fortunately, she didn't. He mustn't have thought things through as he found them unexpectedly and he was just focused on atoning/trying to do something for them no matter what cause he blames himself(and maybe it haunts him and he's trying to cope that way) and coming clean would imply telling her what really happened(which had a bigger impact on her mental state) .He was really traumatized too, they both were and either could have tried to take their lives. I think he would've been most likely to try that especially after that first incident, he must've been blaming himself really bad while the mom tried to do her best as Rin was her reason for living even if it was hard.And I'm sure that when she came onto him the second time it must have triggered some bad memories not only for her but for him too and made them relive that trauma. They've both hurt and been hurt, and I don't think we should really be accusing anyone.
God is it embarassing. That the flatest plot I've seen of this genre and while they are a bit likeable, it's definitively not worth my time
