I'm not sure if anyone will recognize this plot, but I'm trying to find a manga about a boy (MC) whose twin (?) sister died and MC's mother was mentally unstable so he decided to crossdress and pretend to be his sister (i.e. pretend he died instead). And then the potential love interest is actually a girl who dresses up as a guy.
