btw, regarding romance in the novel, there's none yet up to where i've read (1130 ch), but there's a few potential love interests (⌒▽⌒) but from what i've read in this manhwa, i think the creators are adding a lot of scenes between hila and han xiao, or maybe with other females too. but in the novel, there's absolutely no sharing a bedroom and the bathroom scene. they also weren't that close except for the brainwashing and training. this changes makes me feel awkward, i first liked the novel because there was no romance and yet in here .. ╥﹏╥

i'm a thousand and few hundred chapters in, currently mtl-ing, and no, there's still no romance but, there's this girl who pops out sometimes and can be seen as a love interest. and no harem btw.

the mc generally doesn't care about what anyone thinks about him and just focuses on being a doctor. luckily though, all those business/troublesome things are being taken care of by his department director and one of his subordinates so the mc don't have to meddle with those things and can just focus on his job and improving his skills.

the mc isn't being dependent on the system too much. you might think that the system just issues tasks then rewards the mc with various skills but no, the rewards are just basic and intermediate treasure chests so what's inside would rely on the mc's luck, and there's not a lot of skill books given through basic treasure chests. it was mostly energy serums.

the mc would also improve and learn skills on his own over time without relying on the system, instead relying on the knowledge he gained through experience.

p.s. tbh, ling ran's looks in this manhua isn't what i imagined while reading the novel . in the novel his looks would probably be 1000/10 just by seeing the reactions of those around him, but, here in my opinion, his looks are just above average and nothing more. it was quite disappointing to be honest but, it's fine atleast the novel got a manhua! ~
